Featuring an array of daily activities, this is one of the few dioramas that represent creatures in large numbers. The sheer volume of three-dimensional figures in he front enhances the illusion of continuity with the painted backtop. The most beautiful specimens of each kind of creature were often sacrificed for the sake of dioramic display.
